"Decent quality, but not perfect"
The fabric feels nice, but the stitching seemed a little uneven to me. I’m not sure how to explain it exactly, but it just didn’t feel as polished as I was expecting.
"Checkout was a little clunky"
The checkout process was a bit frustrating at first and didn’t go through right away, but after a few retries it finally worked. Not the smoothest experience, but I got it done in the end, FINALLY
"Exchange was way more hassle than expected"
I tried to exchange an item it turned into such a headache. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. For how much they charge, I really expected the service to be smoother. It kind of felt like they were happy to take the money, but not nearly as interested once I needed help. I’m not sure I’d order from them again.
"Sizing felt a bit off"
The shirt looks nice, but the fit just didn’t work for me. I got my usual size, and somehow it was tight around the shoulders but kind of loose at the waist. I’m not really sure how their sizing runs, but for what it cost, I was expecting a better fit.

"Support could be better, honestly"
I reached out to luigiborrelli.com with a question about my order, and while they did reply, it felt a bit slow and not especially helpful. The responses were short, and I kind of still had to piece things together on my own. Maybe I just expected a little more given the price point, but the customer service didn’t really match the quality I was hoping for. The products seem nice, but the support could definitely be improved.

I do like the clothes, honestly. Nice stuff. But the return process was such a pain. I had to email a few times and then just waited around for clear info or any update on my refund. For what they charge, I really expected the whole thing to be a lot smoother. Not the worst experience ever. Just frustrating
"Not sure I can trust this brand now"
I was interested in these shirts at first, but after hearing so many negative things from other people, I’m really hesitant. For the price, I’d want to feel a lot more confident before buying. Unless I start seeing more positive reviews or people I trust recommending them, I’d rather shop somewhere that feels safer.

The quality is good and it does feel like decent stuff. The price is maybe fair, though it’s just expensive enough to make you wonder if it’s trying to be fancier than it is.

"Pictures need to be more accurate"
The product photos look nice at first, but they really don’t show enough detail. The colors aren’t very clear, and it’s hard to tell what the fabric actually looks like. If I’m expected to buy based on the images, the brand should be responsible for showing the product more and clearly.

"Great product, but shipping was a headache"
I ordered from Luigi Borrelli and the item itself was really nice, but the delivery was kind of a mess. It took way longer than I expected, well, not kind of, it was definitely frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I ended up emailing just to figure out what was going on. Happy with the product, but the shipping experience made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.

"Nice shirt, packaging could be better"
I ordered a shirt from Luigi Borrelli, the shirt itself was solid. The fit and quality were what I expected, so no issue there. But the packaging was a letdown, the box arrived a bit crushed, and the shirt wasn’t folded nearly as neatly as I’d expect from a brand like this.
Nothing was actually damaged, so it’s not a huge deal, but the whole unboxing just didn’t feel very premium. For the price and reputation, I figured the presentation would be more polished. Good shirt, but the packaging definitely took some shine off the experience.

"Color didn’t match the photos"
I was a little disappointed when the shirt arrived because the color was much darker than it looked online. Maybe it was the lighting in the product photos, but it definitely didn’t feel like an accurate match to what was shown.

"The prices felt hard to justify"
I was a bit surprised by the prices at Luigi Borrelli. I know it’s a high-end brand and all, but some pieces felt like they were easily a few hundred dollars more than what I’d expect. When you can find similar-looking stuff elsewhere for maybe half the price, it’s hard to feel good about spending that much. I’m sure it works for some people, but for me, the value just wasn’t there

"Shipping took forever, and the terms kept changing"
The shipping took way too long. When I ordered, it seemed like the delivery terms were one thing, but then they kept changing after the fact, which was really frustrating. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but at least be clear about it upfront.

"Wrong size sent and a slow fix"
well... I ordered a shirt in 16/41, but what showed up was a 15.5/39. The weird part is the packing slip had the correct size on it, so I’m not really sure where things went wrong.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few days, and I had to send photos to prove the size was wrong. Not the end of the world, but it felt like a lot of hassle for a simple mistake.
The shirt itself looked nice and the quality seemed fine, so that wasn’t the issue. I just expected better accuracy and checking before shipping, especially for the price.

"Looks good, but not super comfy"
I wanted to like this shirt more because it does look nice on, but after wearing it a few times it still feels kind of stiff. I don’t know, maybe I expected it to soften up more or just feel easier to wear. For the price, I was hoping for better comfort. It’s not awful or anything, just... not something I reach for much.

I bought a shirt from Luigiborrelli.com because I figured it would be one of those pieces that actually holds up, especially for the price. At first it felt really nice, but after just a few washes the stitching started coming loose and the collar already looked worn.
I don’t know, maybe I just got a bad one? But I expected way better durability than this. It looks good out of the package, but in my experience it just didn’t last, so I wouldn’t buy again

I was disappointed with this because the fabric just didn’t feel good to me. It felt thin and kind of rough, which isn’t what I like wearing at all. I expected something softer and better quality for myself.

I was trying to pick out a shirt, but the product descriptions really didn’t give me much to work with. There was a lot of fancy wording, but not enough actually useful stuff like clear sizing, fit, or fabric details. For the price, I expected way more information. i kind of regret ordering because I feel like I had to guess more than I should have...
